Rabbi Aaron S. Tirschwell's work with Jewish
communities has spanned the globe, including North America,
Australia, Russia, Eastern Europe, Turkey, and Israel.
Prior to his
assuming the position of Chief Executive Officer of The RDM Group, Rabbi Tirschwell served as the Executive Director of
One Family - Israel Emergency Solidarity Fund, Israel' central
address for providing direct financial, legal, and emotional
assistance to victims of terror.
A graduate of Yeshiva College, Rabbi Tirschwell
received rabbinic ordination from the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan
Theological Seminary. He also earned a graduate degree, Master of
Public Administration, from New York University's Robert F. Wagner
School of Public Service.
Rabbi
Tirschwell is no stranger to the communal service field:
For eight years he served as the Associate
Executive Director and the Director of Synagogue Services for the
National Council of Young Israel, where he rebuilt the services
provided to branch synagogues while creating new publications and
programs. As the former Director of Youth and Outreach Services at
Yeshiva University's Max Stern Division of Communal Services, and
through previous positions in the National Conference of Synagogue
Youth, Lincoln Square Synagogue, UJA Federation and the Ronald S.
Lauder Foundation, Rabbi Tirschwell provided programming assistance
to communities throughout the world.
In August
2004, Rabbi Tirschwell
moved to Efrat, Israel with
his wife, Marci (a pre-school teacher), and their two children, Efraim
Mordechai and Elimelech Avraham.

Feldstein

Jonathan
Feldstein has a long and distinguished career in the field of
non-profit, Jewish communal and organizational development.
Professionally, he has led successful fund raising campaigns for UJA
Federation of New York, the Jerusalem College of Technology (Machon
Lev), Yeshiva University, ORT, and United Jewish Appeal. He also
served in the Israeli Foreign Ministry as Information Officer for
the southeastern United States at the Israeli Consulate in Atlanta,
GA.
As a volunteer, Jonathan Feldstein has worked with numerous local,
national, and international groups both as a consultant, and in
being directly involved in fund raising and organizational
development. Most significantly as a volunteer, he led a unique
initiative on behalf of Soviet Jewry - helping to free a refusenik
family from the USSR. For this work he won international
recognition, including being named "Person of the Week" by ABC News.
Mr. Feldstein is a graduate of Emory University, and attended the
Tel Aviv University Overseas Student Program. He was a student
leader in a variety of Jewish and secular activities on both
campuses. At Fairleigh Dickinson University, while working on his
MBA, he was inducted into the Omicron Delta Epsilon Honors Society.
Mr. Feldstein's Jewish communal work has taken him around the world
to Israel, the Soviet Union, Cuba, Poland, England, France, and
throughout the United States. Mr. Feldstein has lectured widely on a
number of subjects, and has been published both in his own name and
as a ghostwriter for many letters, articles, and speeches by others.

Cynthia Lieb
Director, Special Events Division
After a career
in education, Cynthia Lieb made the transition from an active lay
leader to a professional fundraiser. Along the way she has raised
millions of dollars for organizations through major donor
cultivation, corporate sponsorship, and special events.
With a Bachelor’s Degree from New York University, a Masters in
Education from the University of Pittsburgh, and MBA credits from
Temple University, she went from the classroom to the New Jersey
Council on Economic Education. As its Associate Director, she
conducted seminars for school personnel and business leaders and
raised funds for this private, non-profit organization. She also
authored a national curriculum guide for elementary school teachers.
Ms. Lieb has worked as a Regional Director for B'nai Brith
International, as Somerset Division Director for the Jewish
Federation of Central New Jersey, and most recently as the Director
of the Dinner Division for a major New York consulting firm.
She has consulted on all aspects of fundraising and organizational
development. Her clients have included educational institutions,
hospitals, social service agencies, advocacy groups, cultural
facilities, and a large number of American Friends of Israeli
organizations.
As a community leader, Ms. Lieb sits on the UJA-Federation of New
